Solutions to 14 kinds of problems in the clamping part of injection molding
Injection molding is a method to deal with the problem of injection molding clamping part.
1. No clamping
Solution: Check the travel switch in front of the safety door and repair it. Check the 24V5A power supply in the electric box, replace the fuse and the power box. Check whether the spool is stuck, and clean the spool. Check whether the I/O board has output and whether the solenoid valve is energized. Check whether the hydraulic safety switch is pressed and whether the mechanical lock lever baffle is open.
2. Mould opening and closing machine twisting
Solution: Check whether the lubricating oil pipe is disconnected. If so, the oil pipe must be reconnected. If the amount of lubricating oil is small, increase the amount of lubricating oil. It is recommended that 50 molds be lubricated once or manually add enough lubricating oil. Clamping force is large, check whether the mold requires a large clamping force, and reduce the clamping force. The current of the amplifier board is adjusted in disorder, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptance criteria, and readjust the current value. If the parallelism is out of tolerance, use a dial indicator to check whether the parallelism of the first two plates is greater than the acceptance standard; adjust the parallelism.
3. Wait a few seconds before opening the mold
Solution: The starting speed is slow, check whether the screw damping is too large, and adjust the screw damping hole. The middle hole of the damping screw is too large, check whether the damping of the Y-hole screw is too large, and replace the damping screw with a thin center hole.
Treatment method: the second-plate guide rail and the coring post are worn out, check the second-plate guide rail and the coring post, replace the second plate copper sleeve, the coring post, and add lubricating oil. Improper adjustment of mold opening and clamping speed and pressure. Set flow rate of 20 and pressure of 99. The second plate of mold clamping should not crawl. Adjust the flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole and adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve. There is air and exhaust in the pipes and cylinders.
5. The mold can't be opened
Solution: increase the mold opening and clamping speed, if the pressure flow is too small and not adjusted properly, check the mold opening and clamping speed, whether the pressure is appropriate, and increase the mold opening and clamping pressure and speed.
The zero position of the mold-locking electronic ruler changes, check whether the mold-locking straightening machine ends at the zero position after twisting, and readjust the zero position of the electronic ruler. Check whether the hinge is reversed.
6. In automatic production, mold adjustment will become tighter or looser
Treatment method: internal leakage of the mold adjustment solenoid valve, check whether the solenoid valve is "O" type; whether there is a mold adjustment action during other actions manually, and check whether the valve is stuck.
7. When other actions are working after the mold is locked, the mold is opened slowly and automatically
Solution: Leakage of the oil system plate, check or replace the express clamping valve, and replace the oil system plate. If the mold opening valve leaks, turn on the oil pump and terminate the mold clamping. Press the injection platform or glue injection to check whether the second plate moves back, and replace the mold opening oil valve. Normally, it does not move when opening and locking the mold.
8. Only mold opening action when clamping
Solution: Connect the wrong wire, check if there is 24VDC to the valve, check the wire and connect it. If the valve is stuck or the wrong spool is installed, check whether the spool is installed incorrectly or blocked, reinstall the spool or clean it. Under normal circumstances, the mold opening and clamping action is immobile.
9. Poor clamping
Solution: Improper adjustment of holes A and B. When the system flow rate is 20 and the pressure is 99, observe whether the clamping action is crawling, readjust or change the valve. There is air in the oil circuit, listen to whether there is air in the oil circuit, check whether there are bubbles in the oil, and it needs to be exhausted. The ramp-up and ramp-down adjustment of the amplifying board is improper. Observe whether the current value of the ammeter is proportional to the rise and fall or the speed, and adjust the amplifying board.
10. Clamping can not afford high pressure and exceeds the stroke
Treatment method: The limit switch exceeds the limit, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, adjust the proper mold thickness; check whether the motor is in a normal state. If the hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke, whether the stroke position of the electronic ruler is appropriate, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, and adjust the mold forward appropriately.
11. Manual termination with mold opening, semi-automatic termination without mold opening
Handling method: mold opening valve leaks, move after shooting the table manually, observe whether the second plate moves backward, and replace the mold opening valve. Check the large stroke and pressure flow of the electronic ruler.
12. No thimble action
Solution: The thimble limit switch is broken, use a multimeter to check whether the 24V proximity switch is on. Replace the thimble limit switch. For the stuck valve, use a hexagonal key to press whether the valve core of the thimble is movable, and clean the pressure valve. The thimble limit rod is broken. After stopping the machine, take out the limit rod by hand and replace the limit rod. The thimble switch is short-circuited, check the 0 voltage of the thimble switch to ground with a multimeter, and replace the thimble switch. The position of the electronic ruler is set incorrectly.
13. The thimble is out of control when semi-automatic
Solution: The thimble board is broken, check whether the circuit is normal, and the normal voltage is DV24V. Repair the thimble board. If the line is broken, check the switch connection line and I/O board connection line thoroughly. Check the wiring and rewire. Check whether the mold moves. Whether the sealing ring of the piston rod of the oil cylinder is damaged.
14. Loud sound when opening the mold
Treatment method: poor proportional linearity, poor adjustment of pressure and flow at the time of mold opening and closing, check the ramp up and ramp down in the parameters, and adjust the ramp up and ramp down in the parameters. The lubrication of the hinge of the clamping machine is poor. Check the lubrication of the elbow column, the second plate slippery foot, and the hinge of the machine. Increase the lubrication and increase the number of oiling. If the mold clamping force is too large, check the clamping force when the mold is stressed, and reduce the clamping force according to the user's product condition. Check whether the time position is appropriate.
The deviation of the parallelism of the first two boards, check the parallelism of the two boards. Adjust the parallel error of the second board and the head board.
Slow to fast mold opening setting position is too small and speed is too fast. Check whether the position of slow mold opening to fast mold opening is appropriate, and whether the slow mold opening speed is too fast. Lengthen the slow mold opening position and reduce the slow mold opening speed.
